Your Financial Director

Many businesses would find the services of a financial director useful but aren’t big enough to employ one full time.

They may already have a very competent bookkeeper but occasionally need someone with a more in-depth knowledge of accountancy and accounts systems to call on. We therefore offer a financial director service, charged at an hourly rate, which is there for clients as and when they need it.

This may be to prepare accurate and timely financial reports such as management accounts and cash flow forecasts to evaluate the performance of the business, or to simply be there to keep an eye on things and be someone the bookkeeper can turn to if they have any issues.
